Mike has more than 25 years of experience as a consultant and interim manager/CRO in the restructuring and reorganization of companies in national and international settings.
After commercial training and several years in the German Armed Forces, Mike completed his specialist theoretical training with the state-certified business economist examination. After holding various management positions, Mike initially co-founded EISELE & DEGEN GmbH Unternehmensberatung as a specialist service provider for insolvency administrators, which later evolved into WED+ Unternehmensberatung GmbH.
