Cornelius has five years of experience in the operational restructuring of medium-sized manufacturing companies. From process analysis and production optimization to integrated business planning, he supports clients in all aspects of a comprehensive and sustainable restructuring.
After successfully completing his degree in general mechanical engineering, Cornelius began his career directly as a consultant in the restructuring industry before joining WED+ Unternehmensberatung GmbH. He has also continuously enhanced his qualifications through additional training courses at the ifus Institute and the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.
