WED+ Unternehmensberatung GmbH, coordinated by the law firm Dr. Knapp Restructuring Law, was able to successfully contribute its strengths in the operational implementation of the self-administration of DIHAG Hasenclever GmbH.
On June 1, 2025, the new company DIHAG Solutions GmbH was launched following the successful conclusion of an asset deal under the leadership of the general representative Dr. Sebastian Knapp and Sina Wasmus.
The WED+ team with Mike (Michael) Degen, Anna Tamara Schneemann and Dominik Schiller was entrusted with optimizing the purchasing processes and was able to make a relevant contribution to the restructuring transfer to the new company DIHAG Solutions GmbH by carefully and precisely adjusting the processes relevant to success.
The main reason for this success was the good cooperation between the administrator Dr. Romy Metzger, Sylvester Gross and Ole Arriens of the law firm SGP Schneider Geiwitz, the general representative Dr. Knapp and the managers of WED+ to preserve more than 450 jobs, and again shows how restructuring works.
